About Summit Or Nothing!
Located in the South West of England, one in Devon, one (and a dog) in Cornwall, Trev and Nath have been friends for nigh on twenty years. Since May 2016 they embarked
on and have now successfully completed a mission to scale the countries three largest peaks, (two of which, Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben
Nevis whilst taking in additional mountains along the way, all the while training on hills from their neighboring Dartmoor and beyond (Check the interactive 365 Map to see how much of Dartmoor they have covered.).
What started as a weekly VLOG on Youtube, has slowly begun to build up a modest yet faithful following of
subscribers and new friendships within the Youtube hiking community. With over 200 videos online, Summit or Nothing takes you along to see some amazing sites, with questionable
orienteering, great banter, and laughs, as they gain momentum and experience. And now with their new Facebook page and
this website, you will be able to get to know the lads a little closer still.
Two lads from the building trade, we must warn you that at times their language can be a bit much (in earlier videos more so) and their camaraderie and constant ribbing of one another, as well as their struggles, mishaps, and miscalculations out on the trail, is what the viewers find so endearing, evidence that they, like most of you, are only human, and have no reason to pretend to be otherwise.
Trev is the driving force behind the channel, which seems odd, as for as long as they have known each other, Nathan was the one who was always out and bout, hiking and wild camping. Trev was always a keen filmmaker, and really had absolutely no intention of going for long walks.
Out on the trail, however,
it is usually Nathan that takes the front seat and will take on the responsibility of orienteering.
Below is a table that shows our tallest mountains achieved so far, and we will update this everytime we get back from another hike in Britains mountainous regions and beyond.
So if you’re out, on the hills, or up a mountain, keep an eye out for us – or an ear, as you may very well hear our cry “SUMMIIIIIT OR NOTHIIIIIING!!!”
